What this covers
This policy explains what personal information devendra.pro collects, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only.
Information collected
Contact form. When you submit an enquiry, the name, email, phone number, company, selected service, indicative budget and message you enter are stored, along with the referring page, your browser user-agent string and the time of submission.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address and the page you subscribed from are stored.
Server logs. The hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
How it is used
- To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal
- To send the monthly newsletter, if you subscribed to it
- To prevent spam and abuse of the forms
Your information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both providers process data on this site's behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are retained for up to three years so that ongoing client conversations have context. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@devendra.pro and the request will be actioned within 30 days.
